Event 1 Software’s Office Connector is an Excel Add-in which dramatically increases the effectiveness of information management for Sage Timberline Office (STO) users. Our products can read any of the tables of information in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Contracts, Billing, Project Management, Job Cost, General Ledger, Payroll, Equipment Cost, etc. Our products are unique in that you are actually IN Excel when you link to the data you want in STO. That means you can use all of the fantastic features in Excel like hyperlinks, conditional printing, graphing and more and save the formatted workbook you created. You never again have to format the workbook when information refreshes (as it changes in STO) because our products refresh the information WITHIN formatted workbooks. We also have an Office Connector product that can create or update jobs, vendors, employees and more (including custom fields). Finally, Office Connector Import allows you to enter detailed information like estimates, purchase orders, time sheets, AP Invoices and more into Excel and will automatically create a correctly formatted STO Import file from this information. In almost every case we can even automate the import of this detailed information saving you time and making the process information into Excel, reviewing it for accuracy and placing that information into STO as automatic as you like. |
