An easy-to-use tool integrated with Sage Timberline Office, MyAssistant proactively identifies what needs to be done, determines who needs to be informed, and automatically performs the task. MyAssistant can take action for almost any scenario. For instance, MyAssistant can automatically:
Use a simple Task wizard to tell MyAssistant what you want monitored, when you want it checked, and how to respond. Use any of the more than 250 prebuilt rules or define your own. Once a Task is setup, MyAssistant uses Microsoft Outlook to notify who you want-- vendors, customers, owners, tenants, project managers, and others—with the information you specify. Sage Timberline Office data can be included directly in the email body, and Sage Timberline Office users can receive links within email to relevant Sage Timberline Office reports and inquiries. MyAssistant can also attach any type of file to an email, including Sage Timberline Office report output personalized for the email recipient.
