Once a Task is setup, MyAssistant uses Microsoft Outlook to notify who you want-- vendors, customers, owners, tenants, project managers, and others—with the information you specify. Sage Timberline Office data can be included directly in the email body, and Sage Timberline Office users can receive links within email to relevant Sage Timberline Office reports and inquiries. MyAssistant can also attach any type of file to an email, including Sage Timberline Office report output personalized for the email recipient. And after email is sent, MyAssistant helps manage the status of each notification.
