From software installation to going live through the first month-end, our professionals can lead you through the entire implementation process. Implementation services include set-up training designed to help you make important set-up decisions specific to your company. We’ll also assist you with developing a setup checklist, documenting your software setup, and creating a pilot test plan to assess your software setup, procedures and reports.
Data Conversion Services
To expedite your implementation, an Accordant certified consultant will work with you to build a conversion plan and help to preserve the integrity of your existing data. We’ll help you identify how much information to convert, the appropriate level of detail and which data to enter manually versus electronically.
Customized Onsite Training
Onsite training can be convenient and cost-effective, especially when you have several employees that need to participate. Our certified trainers come to your office to provide in-depth training either on an individual basis, or to teach several staff members in a group setting. Onsite training can be a great way for our professionals to observe your company’s operation first-hand and make procedural recommendations that can make your office more efficient.
Online – Personalized Web Based Consulting & Training
We also provide training via the Internet. These scheduled training sessions are designed to be short in duration, 2-4 hours, and focus on specific topics such as; change order processing, union setup, financial statements, formulas, etc. You can sign-on right from your desktop computer.
