Bob Sandelands
Founder
Bob Sandelands founded Accordant Company in 2005 as a Sage Construction & Real Estate certified business partner, headquartered in New Jersey. For over 30 years, he has dedicated himself to offering contractors, service companies, and real estate firms cost-effective software solutions incorporating advanced technologies.
Reid Sandelands
CEO
Reid joined Accordant in 2021, bringing with him a lifetime of collaboration with Bob Sandelands. Inspired by Bob’s lasting impact on thousands of clients, Reid set his sights on elevating Accordant to new heights. Before entering the ERP space, Reid honed his skills during a five-year tenure at Goldman Sachs.
Anthony Madonna
Senior Vice President of Accordant Managed Services (AMS)
Anthony strives to build a team of professionals who have three main attributes – passion, potential, and character – to fit into the Accordant culture. He has built AMS with the help and backing of ownership and his colleagues’ never-ending hard work and collaboration. Anthony always takes pride in being the best we can be and offering our best to each other and our clients.
Joe Gasparini
Vice President of Finance & Operations
Joe brings many years of finance and accounting experience from across multiple industries including software. Joe leads his team in making key strategic financial decisions, overseeing the collections and cash flow of the business, managing the accounting books and records, and streamlining both internal and external day-to-day operations to ensure our clients receive the most effective, positive experience.

Vice President of Human Resources
With a wealth of expertise in HR strategy and organizational leadership and a passion for empowering teams and optimizing the workplace with a strategic vision, Sara has driven impactful change across various sectors. She is deeply committed to keeping the "human" in Human Resources, fostering authentic connections, and prioritizing people-centered approaches.

Jen heads the Client Success team, focusing on troubleshooting issues, handling client requests, and helping clients get the most out of their software subscriptions. With decades of experience in client success, Jen leads her team with determination and well-structured systems, ensuring that each of our 5,000+ clients receives personalized care.

Vice President of Client Enrichment & Support
At Accordant, Joe focuses on delivering exceptional client service and developing deep, long-term client advocacy. With more than 20 years in the ERP ecosystem, including time at Intacct and Sage, Joe brings a firsthand perspective on what clients need to succeed and how to support them as their organizations evolve.
Aaron Comery
Vice President of Implementation
Aaron leads Accordant's implementation teams and helps continuously strengthen our managed services capabilities to ensure clients maximize the value of their software investments. Drawing on extensive experience in implementation leadership, professional services, operations, and project delivery, he builds high-performing teams and delivers successful outcomes through a client-first approach.
Justin Mierzejewski
Director of Product Development
With years of experience as a Professional Engineer in general contracting, Justin brings a unique blend of expertise in construction project management and software development. Justin works closely with Accordant clients to create tailored integrations, add-ons, reports, and applications for Sage applications.
Sydney Hayslett
Director of Product Management
Sydney brings over 15 years of experience turning complex operational challenges into practical, effective products—spanning ERP, construction finance, and technical team leadership. She is a builder at heart, most at home collaborating with engineers to design systems that didn’t exist before. At Accordant, she leads product management and design, focusing on solutions that help clients get more from their ERP investment.
