Sage Intacct 2025 Release 4, the final update of the year, has been live since November 7. We hope you’re already enjoying the new enhancements and seeing a positive impact on your team’s efficiency. As always, we’re here to share the key highlights from this release and what they mean for Sage Intacct users.
It’s Never Too Early to Plan For 1099s
In preparation for 1099s, Sage has created some helpful resources:
- Get Ready for 1099 season
- Use Form 1099-NEC, Box 3, for excessive golden parachute payments
- Assign an entity contact if using separate 1099s per entity
Broader Visibility into Match Tolerance Exceptions
When enabled, Sage Intacct automatically compares PO details of quantity and price to identify any discrepancies during conversion. These differences can now be more accurately tracked and resolved, with greater visibility, through the new exception summary.
Why we are excited about this: These new exception summaries give users clear, actionable insights to resolve discrepancies faster.
Note: This requires configuration.
New Transaction Options When Running Customer Statements
Discover a more flexible approach to choosing which transactions appear on your customer statements. When generating open item statements, you’ll now find enhanced transaction selection options. These new choices offer greater detail and control over the content of each statement. The available options include:
- Display all transactions
- Display only open invoices and credits
- Display only open invoices
Why we are excited about this: Finally, there’s an easy way to send statements that show all transactions.
