discovery, Analyze and Define
Our process begins early on during our Sales Process. Our in-depth Sales process captures many of the functional requirements and objectives of our clients. Our Sales team transitions the process to our Implementation team by developing preliminary Design Documents and reviewing them in detail with the Implementation Team.
A Discovery meeting is then set in place to thoroughly review and refine these documents with our Client’s Management and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts). In conjunction with this a project plan is created and mutually agreed upon establishing roles, responsibilities, tasks, and timing of deliverables.
Build and Configure
Next step builds the development environment (Model) based on the approved design documents. This is an interactive process with Client’s SMEs to present a model to meet the functional requirements and objectives established.
Once built we need to test the configured solution to confirm model is working as designed. Detailed UATs (User Acceptance Tests) are completed to validate configuration and workflow as well as the related outputs. Refinements are made as needed and retested. Once completed, Production Environment is established, and Custom report needs determined.
Even though hands on training is occurring during the prior phases with SMEs, User training happens now. In-depth hands-on training with our client’s staff occurs via classrooms, one on one, and numerous activities. With the Production environment ready, training also occurs with the entering of opening balances and live transactions. The Implementation preps for Go-Live and remains with you as support until you are live and ready to go.
