Ensuring Your Continued Success After You Go-Live

After go-live, our partnership doesn’t end—it’s just the beginning. As our client, we offer ongoing support and training, optimization recommendations, free assessments of your tech stack, and additional customizations as needed.

Phase 2 Requirements & Additional Training

If additional needs arise during your implementation, they will be documented for a Phase 2 process, managed by the Accordant Client Enrichment Group (CEG). This team specializes in addressing any new requirements and implementing additional modules beyond the core setup.

For functionality that cannot be achieved through smart rules, smart events, or further configuration, we submit feedback directly to Sage Intacct, ensuring your input helps shape future product updates.

Additionally, the CEG provides comprehensive training programs tailored to your team’s specific needs and challenges with the system.

Add-On Products & Third-Party Integrations

For unique requirements that go beyond the standard Sage Intacct modules, our Client Success Management (CSM) team collaborates with you to explore add-on products, custom programming, and third-party integrations (TPIs) to meet your specific needs.

Ongoing Support & Troubleshooting

After a 45-day handoff period post-go-live, our Accordant Ongoing Support (OGS) team steps in to deliver fast, effective support for your live Sage Intacct system. Whether you need assistance with troubleshooting or ongoing system optimization, we’re here to help.

Accordant Software

The Accordant Software team develops specialized tools and custom software solutions to streamline your operations and enhance the functionality of Sage Intacct. Whether you need payroll connectors, data importers, or other integrations, our team ensures seamless compatibility with your existing systems.

Custom Reporting & Information Delivery

Our Information Delivery Group (IDG) provides custom financial reports, dynamic data visualizations, and interactive dashboards tailored to your needs. Using platforms like Power BI, Crystal Reports, and Interactive Custom Report Writer, the IDG team ensures your data is timely, accurate, and actionable.
