Organizational Announcement
We are pleased to announce that Paul Mink will be joining the Accordant Company team as a new Senior Consultant for Sage 300 Construction & Real Estate.
Paul comes to Accordant with more than 15 years of Sage 300 CRE experience.
A native of the New York metro area, Paul graduated from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in Boca Raton, Florida with a Bachelors Of Business Administration in Finance with concentrations in Real Estate and Accounting. Post graduation, he received a Certificate in Construction Management from FAU as well and industry relevant certifications.
Paul spent the majority of his career in Florida servicing the Real Estate, Construction, and Land Development industries in various capacities. His particular area of expertise and interest is in the technology sector. Notable clients and employers have included; Coldwell Banker Commercial, Crocker Realty Trust, Turnberry Associates, Kitson and Partners, Sage Software, and for the past 4 years, Grassi & Co., CPAs in New York.
Paul began using Sage 300 CRE (Sage Timberline Office) in 1994 and has obtained Multiple Certifications supporting the product line. He has been responsible for business analysis, process documentation, deployment, training, report writing and management of Sage 300 CRE and it’s supporting applications and network infrastructure since that time.
He is an active Board Member of a Non-Profit Community Farm servicing the Long Island Food Bank and is an advocate for distributed alternative energy systems having received certification from the National Association of Board Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP).
Paul is married with two children and resides in the Three Village area of Long Island. He enjoys Mountain Biking, Skiing, Water Sports, Fishing and Archery.
