Accordant Company has been on an exciting journey over the past twelve months, dramatically scaling our business in support of the industry-leading next-generation SAAS cloud accounting products Sage Intacct and Acumatica.
We recently had the great pleasure of assembling our entire SAAS team for a three-day on-site at our offices in Florham Park, NJ. At a time in which we are growing extremely quickly and our team is increasingly contributing on a hybrid- or remote-first capacity, we recognize the importance of spending quality time together and building our relationships while we build our company.
We had a great week together in productive working sessions continuing the active iteration on our next-generation products and business model, socializing while AXE THROWING (not at each other / the Accordant Operations team dominated…), and otherwise strategizing for our future together.
We also had the great pleasure to close our time together with a volunteering event in support of Rise Against Hunger in partnership with colleagues of ours at Sage; together, we packed 10,000 meals for those in need.
